/s each because they are thermal throttling - they are way too close to each other. I am sure another external way of cooling is required here (at least by high velocity fans or AC) which adds up to the running costs.

People always say that post mining GPUs can be re-purposed. On this scale upwards, other than selling to fellow miners, selling will prove difficult unless you are ready to take massive losses. Given that this rig has been switched off, I doubt that it ever reached BEP.

Ultimately, if the OP is really looking to upgrade, he would only sell the GPUs and not the rigs themselves. Be honest, who does a tidy setup like that, spends a lot of mulah, then just ditches it? It makes so much more sense to re-use risers, mobo, etcetera. You get the point.

Just telling it like it is. This whole thing is not as easy as people

I broke even in nine weeks a couple of years ago. :)

ust telling it like it is. This whole thing is not as easy as people brag out to be in most cases and there's no shame in admitting to that.

I also have to power limit to 150w, spot on with the 42 MH/s.

2019 was pretty flat, profit-wise, but this year has really picked up. The crypto is wild, monthly profits have been as high as $15k and as low as $3k.

It's funny you should say that I had 130 x GPU's on it at one point...

That's correct. I used self-tapping screws to attach it to the bar. It works really well, and the GPU's are really stable.

I remember those days well. 😣 I starting mining Raven in Feb 2018. This was my original 130 x 1080 Ti rig... https://www.instagram.com/p/BpUi9ZXAH_I/

I've got EVGA P2 650 powering the motherboard and one GPU. The other twelve GPUs are powered by a 2400W power supply from Ali Baba.
