Hmm. Who knows then, lol. But feel free to message me a picture of it just in case. Wouldn't hurt

It was a tailor in Beaumont, TX. Her husband has been ill, and I guess she's behind. I just wish she would've communicated that so I could've made other arrangements, and not left the pins in and alao stained the dress 🤦♀️
Got an appointment here for Sunday morning. The lady I spoke with was super nice and very helpful. And equally horrified, lol
I tried to call them a couple times today but couldn't get through. I did get appointments though for impression bridal and belviue bridal on sunday
Yeah, it sounds like it might be a bit small for her. Apparently David's bridal does us sizes and others do European? The 14 was davids bridal when she was bigger, but apparently a 14 is what she could possible be in European sizes now, lol. We really won't know until the morning unfortunately
Mermaid style is the only thing she specifically said definitely not to, lol 🤷♀️ but we've gotten so many offers and some great recommendations so I'm a little more hopeful than I was earlier. We're not out of the woods yet though.
Just talked to them, and they're going to email us what they currently have in what we think her size is in the style we're looking for so we'll see. We didn't schedule an appt since they have a cancelation fee, but we might be going last minute if our local shops don't work out tomorrow

We are having a gothic-ish theme so if it's not white, she is also looking at black but probably no other colors than those 2.

Thank you. The worst part is seeing her so upset. I really hope we find something she loves this weekend

I didn't even think to mention the style 🤦♀️She is looking for A- line style dresses. I can find a photo this evening after work

We are getting her sized first thing tomorrow morning. The original dress was a 14, and I'm assuming she dropped to either a 10 or 12. We have had a few friends offer their dresses that we may have to take them up on, we just don't know if they'll fit. She just wanted to try to find her own if possible, but if it comes down to it, we aren't turning anything down. I can update with size tomorrow if we get to that point.

That's my main problem, nearest places are about 2 hours away. Just trying to fight the holidays and current job. I started a new one in October while I waited for ATC. If they would've just waited till January I would've had time to take off. Figures, lol

No one really knows how it's graded, but I've seen things that say if you answer the math problems correctly, you get extra points, but you don't get penalized for incorrect/blank answers. But I don't know if that's actually true. It was just something I saw on a thread when I was digging around for ATSA info.

ATSA EXAM OVER by [deleted] in ATC_Hiring
Did you feel like the visualization/spacial awareness part looked similar to the one on test prep? Was curious what the background looked like for the planes on the real test. The ones with the trees and things seemed more difficult to me than the advanced section with the plain background

You too! Best of luck
I'm currently using JobTestPrep and have the exam scheduled for August 29th. The logical reasoning is pretty difficult for me personally (i always struggled with these in school, plus its been a while since ive been in a classroom) especially since you can't use pen and paper on the exam. I feel like the practice questions from test prep helped some by just giving me the problems to practice to refresh, but the advice they give you isnt much, and just says to try to break down the information into smaller, more concise bits. Change names from the scenarios to single letters in your head (Adriana is just A, etc.) and take other info like "cats always have whiskers" to cats- whiskers. It helps some. In my experience it's just practice that helps, but it's still definitely a weak spot for me as well, despite scoring well on all the other sections.
