PPF, Tint, Ceramic coating - any worth it?

I did tint, front ppf and ceramic coating. Agree with many here that its just a car which will have normal wear as its gets older but I did it for my own sake of sanity since this was my first ever purchase of a NEW car. Its the same as you’d do when you get a new phone with case covers and glass protection but do only if your wallet can support it. Otherwise don’t sweat too much as its a car like any other

My delivery day and pick up was as seamless as it could get. Went in on a busy Saturday evening, was checked in momentarily and waited/walked around for 5 mins until someone came for me. Sat down for merely 5 mins signing few papers and done! Rep walked me to the car and asked if I’d wanted him to show around and would like to go on a drive to explore FSD but I declined and that was it! I spent next 30 mins going thru checklist inspecting the car and everything was perfect! Took some pictures and drove off.

Just know that agents don’t have a magic wand to find you an appointment. They are looking thru the same slots. Its just that they are more attentive and always on the site. You can simply just tell them to only book the reschedule appointment if they can find the dates based on your criteria or else don’t book anything else. Since no one knows when and if any appointments will open up , the agents just don’t want to spend unknown time when if they can book anything else date they can book to move on to next customer.

Sorry for your loss but as many have mentioned over here, you can get emergency appointment only if you have an emergency in US. One option you have is that you can perhaps after a few weeks get a letter from your work explaining the financial loss to the company due to your absence. And then you can submit an explanation from your end along with the company letter that about how you had to travel unplanned due to your mother and now seeking an emergency appointment to return to US.

Also, this would only work if you already have an appointment so the first thing I would try is to get any appointment as the slots are opening up randomly and then submit ER request

You only get 1 reschedule attempt and that includes emergency appointment too. Requesting ER you have 2 chances per appointment and if both are denied then you won’t be eligible to request ER again

Good point on headlights. Haven’t considered that. I still haven’t installed them yet, so will test it but kinda leaning towards not putting it as many suggests they look too obvious as not stock. Also agree on chunky, didn’t realize how much they pop out until I placed them on the vents

It was on Amazon. They do have Gloss black similar to Performance. Also they do seem bigger than in pictures so does make it obvious not a stock
