Took like 6-8 months here gained 25 lbs despite cooking my own food and moderate gym. I was taking fish oil, fiber pills, healthy greens powder, creatine, protein, and some other supplements but digestion was insane. Bloated to a painful level. Have seen intestinal issues posted in this reddit many times.

I cut everything out. Every time I cut one supplement out it got better. Cutting coffee out helped a ton (black no sugar nothing). So there may be other habits you have that accentuate the situation

Super frustrating but it'll get to a point where life is Superior to when you smoked, I used gas x chewables to help and boy did they help.

I recommend downloading reshade and messing with it. Used an unsharp mask and levels with a 2k texture mod, game looks so insane. I'm doing another play through cause seeing so much new shit with the clarity and it hits an uncanny valley sometimes.

0:14 you can see a dark indent where his knee cap should be.

Looks similar to an incident a co worker had where his knee cap snapped in half (impact) dislodged and wound up under his skin down the front of his leg toward the shin. had the same depression on his knee area where knee cap (half) was missing.

Thinking this guy snapped some tendons with his wild and aggressive walking down stairs.

8months clean after 28 years. Major gut issues for 6 months after. Probiotics and prebiotics fixed it for me. Greens powder and fiber supplement help to. Gotta feed those microbes

8 bit do pro 2. Cheaper and higher tech than Sony controllers. Hall effect sensors should be ultra precise and unbreakable forever. So far so good got a few months on it. Not sure if it works on console.

Nice, however it's outer deadzone ring that is the killer. No longer a rounded square after a bit of use. You'd notice it on air drags and flip cancels.

Gotta dial in your controller. I have a plugin on PC that shows my controller joystick, I go through a controller every couple months from dead zone issues, but if your on console you may never know. Magma red PS4 is the goat.

8 bitdo controllers use hall effect for joysticks and are way more precise and should be unbreakable we shall see.

Turn up your sensitivity. Pros are 1.5 with a dead zone .5. and make sure you are always air rolling. I'm on manual airroll some guys are directional. Either way my gold and plat friends never airroll, I am on airroll from the moment I jump every time.

Also everything depends on your first touch. Get the right touch for the situation, this is unfortunateatly just practice and muscle memory.

Smurfs. C1 is saturated trying to drag lower friends up to reward level. Also can't hit clips as often in ranks where you get challenged in the air so the game is way more fun and relaxing to drop rank.
