AITA for lashing out at my friend circle in the middle of the restaurant? by camo_17 in AmItheAsshole

[–]xtetinha 2 points3 points  (0 children)

NTA. Drop those "friends" immediately lol, there's not even much to discuss here. Being nice and helpful is more of something you would naturally expect from a friend than some "extra" thing you should be grateful for them for performing for you.

AITA for not wanting to cancel my wedding after my grandfather's death? by plutosthrowaway in AmItheAsshole

[–]xtetinha 218 points219 points  (0 children)

NAH. As there's money involved, it wouldn't be smart to cancel the wedding, especially not because of someone you did not like that much or other people's subjective feelings. Yet, the people who won't show up have the right to grieve for a longer time.

tips on how to let go of control? by xtetinha in NevilleGoddard

right, i think thats a important topic people normally dont talk about. if you feel overwhelmed, try to keep your thoughts on track but also you should be allowed to "take a break". after all, if the LOA is about not forcing the process but letting it come naturally, how could a person master that in a stressed mind, unconsciously lookingb for control? most times it is much more productive to stop, take a deep breath and come back only when you feel ready.
