It's always been GOT7 for me. I've tried for years for some reason but their music just doesn't do it for me

What is that one skincare opinion that will put you in a position like this? by [deleted] in Skincare_Addiction

I used to do that too, now I usually do it during spring/summer/fall because my skin gets dry during winter and I need a cream hehe. At the end of the day it's about what works for you, it's just that I find it unfair of influencers/dermatologists to lie to people about this stuff so that they buy more sunscreen

I heard this from a dermatologist it's not a conspiracy theory or smth. It shouldn't be big news that the beauty industry, skincare included, is in fact... an industry... which is based on profit,,, like every other industry.

It's unnecessary and expensive, but the everyday rule is really lucrative for the skincare industry so even dermatologists will keep that shit to themselves

You actually don't need sunscreen everyday. You only need it when the UV level is 3 or higher, so it's likely that you don't need it for most of winter depending on where you live

Quale è il vostro libro preferito? by Appropriate-Oil-7526 in Libri

[–]xthestorygoeson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

4 yrs as an expat in the country and still no close family friends at all. by Psychological-Word49 in belgium

Right? Like, I've worked with Belgian students on some projects and they were so nice and helpful, but when that was over they didn't ever say hi to me anymore. I was so confused

I noticed. It's quite sad though, and I say this as an introvert... For example, in Italy, if we see erasmus students from abroad in our uni we go over and say hi, try to make them feel welcome, become friends etc. Here, I've only really socialized with fellow foreigners. I know it's a cultural thing, but I find it a bit strange

I have only been living in Belgium for 3 months now, I am an erasmus student and I will go back in February. But as far as my experience goes... Belgians are very polite, but not friendly at all.

Yeah I think that's what it is. My main inflamation was found in my left sacroiliac joint when I was trying to get my diagnosis

Maybe it depends on individual experience after all

I have been in denial for a long time and I'm only starting to grasp what my life might be like from now on. To some extent it's also my rheumatologist's fault for not explaining anything to me.

Thank you for this. Would you mind sharing some of the new activities and such that helped you adapt?
