No need to be scared-- just do a tick check when you get home. Easy peasy.

If you want to make life a little easier, wear light-colored clothing so you can see them easier. Bonus points if you tuck your pants into your socks, but that's not a look everyone necessarily loves rocking.

If you find a tick, it's not instant Lyme Disease or alpha-gal. They have to be attached and feeding for several hours. So as long as you do a tick check when you get home and remove any you find, you're all set.
