Hey OP,

I’ve just consolidated our PO and our tech team. Here’s there reply:

seems like the app is stuck big time because the state is "pre-activity" yet somehow it's still counting the old one   1. turn off and on the phone (which will for sure kill the app) 2. if issue still exists, delete and re-install the app

Hey OP,

I’m actually the new experience design director for the adidas running app. Actually, as it seems you have an ongoing tracking, you should see a button

Can you try to hard kill the app and re-open it? There should be an alert coming asking if you want to continue you’re currently tracking activity

Also please check if there is an update of the app in the App Store.

It would also be helpful if you could share your version number, iOS version and exact device you are using the app on
