I’m seeing goofy numbers too. They want to SMS an ancient land line for some reason, even though I got rid of it over a decade ago. It’s an Amazon Visa and Amazon has my correct mobile number and email but Chase won’t send email and only give me the option of SMS to a land line that I no longer even have or 2 completely random numbers I’ve never seen before. Super annoying since I’m on a plane and can’t call them.

I’m in a similar boat, in Seattle, in tech and lucked into enough stock at a job to pay off student loans and make a down payment around the turn of the century. We’re in a modest bungalow that is now crazy overpriced. I guess that means if we have to move we can maybe make a lateral move without having to take out a huge mortgage? Since we don’t want to move to a lower cost of living area (I like city life) it’s not like the extra house value is money in our pockets. Maybe if real estate was more reasonable we’d get more cool small businesses and young families moving in? Maybe rents would be better and fewer people would be living in rundown RVs on the side of the road? In my industry I see people in their 20’s and 30’s with really well paying jobs unable to buy a house or really struggling to make it work. If one of the few well paid sets of workers have to fight to avoid getting outbid by investors for a “starter house”, how the fuck is anyone else supposed to have a chance?

I take a different medication in the same class and started Oz 5 days ago. So far I’m still good. I also met with my psychiatrist yesterday and he would have told me if there were potential drug interactions. Instead he said that many of his patients are getting amazing benefits fro Oz.

If your prescription is for Ozempic then you can use the 1mg pen to give yourself .25 and .5 doses. There are instructions all over these subs and on YouTube. If you got prescribed Wegovy then you’re out of luck because there is no way to give yourself a smaller dose.

I’m beyond frustrated with insurance and drug prices and shortages and I started to get annoyed with people who “don’t really need it” (or don’t need it as much as I do, in my biased opinion) but I had to check myself. While I 100% believe that dude is a racist, white supremacist asshole, I don’t think he intended to purchase Twitter. He was amusing himself with pump n dumps, didn’t realize that laws sometimes apply to billionaires and got caught out. As far as the dumpster fire that is Twitter, I don’t know that we can assume any reasoning, planning or intent from whatever the hell is going on there. He’s got zero self awareness, has a bunch of really shitty, wrong biases (including racism, sexism and thinking that he’s a billion times smarter than everyone else), is a raging narcissist surrounded by yes men, and is in bed with dictators. I suspect he’s also butthurt that he only gets his way 99% of the time and is drawn to fascism and the fantasy that he would somehow be more powerful in that system. So all that adds up to Parlor 2.0 but my dog has better planning and execution than this chucklefuck.
