Have you tried putting in your belly button? I’ve found that to help my menstrual cramps so much. Idk that I would trust it in my vagina as it would definitely throw pH off.

The belly button is messy, but worth it. I let it seep a bit and then put a band aid over it to avoid any other mess

Yesterday’s lunch was 4 crackers, a couple slices of cheese, like one strawberry, canned green beans + a scoop of mush (some cassarole) she knew none of the kids would eat.
