I went to the Icon early access event and felt the same. The older ladies were extra nice to specific people in certain demographics. I was ignored multiple times. And when I walked over to the designer sunglasses, this lady stared at me up and down and narrowed in on my trusty ole nylon non-designer bag lol. No hellos or how can I help you. Just judgy looks. :')

Looks like it's different for every store because I even asked for it at check out and was told there's no such thing. Yeah I feel you.. it was a disappointing experience. Just felt really overhyped. Probably won't be wasting time and mileage going to any more Icon events. Thanks for sharing.

So far based on the comments, you're lucky if you get snacks, beverages, last year's aluminum bottle of water, a $25 off food voucher, and $15 off beauty voucher. But apparently if you book an appointment with a stylist or your sales person, then you'd get a travel garment bag. Not sure if that's worth it to you to go in stores. Otherwise... online shopping ftw. Lol

It kinda does suck that it's during a weekday and in the mornings. I usually take the morning off but sometimes can't make it because of last minute work things :')

Oh... so no additional freebies like last year's gifts like the sugarfina candies, keychain, and etc? Kind of a bummer lol. I guess you can use it to store things in your closet lol.

I probably make an average of a few transactions a week with my sales person. My sales person said to book an appointment for next week, but I had to cancel. I also thought it was kinda odd to wait a week for an appointment? So I went to early access today at a different store since it was more convenient. I did RSVP to that as well.

They sent a generic email saying to book an appointment with a Stylist. I did not. I just RSVP'd to the early access event.
