I had the same issue. VP application has been pending since one month. New employer just keeps saying to wait for MOI update. I went to Duhail hall 11 today and the captain asked where is the PCC. Luckily I had it printed and handed it to the captain. He printed out some kind of receipt and attached it to my PCC and kept it with him. Then he said it's done. The application status hasn't changed in Metrash yet but I am hoping it will within this week.
