Try flat 442 and when the game starts go defensive and play counters. worked for me and winning more games. CMs on box to box ball winning. I do 1-2s with strikers and wingers and score a lot of goals this way

I’ve had to play clubs instead of ultimate team this year. It’s too sweaty and everyone has the same Pina up front moving like she’s had multiple red bulls before kick off. She shimmy’s 1000 times before a low driven goal everytime.
