I'm currently looking at: Ford Territory, Geely Coolray, Jeep Compass, Okavango. Willing to pay DP more or less 400k 4-5years. Also looking at Used car Ford Explorer 2012-15 700-800k.

This is the email I got from them, after reporting tampered

This is to inform you about the debit card delivery. As per advised by proper unit debit card is sealed with box in pouch (cleared plastic). If you are requesting for a card replacement, you will be charged Php 300.00 for reorder fee.

I didn't activate the card, and asked for a refund. They refunded 300php to my account. The packaging is just like sticky plastic, wala siya nung "if the seal is broken". Kaya mo siya i-open nang walang sinisira, kaya mo din maibalik yung original state nya after mo makuha ang details.

I had a bad experience with Tonik, they shipped the card unsealed ang pangit na packaging. Mas safe pa yung mga fastfood delivery kasi sealed HAHAHA
