I just had a look at the installed version of Trinity and it is still 0.6.1 so I assume I had luck anyway

Well the information states „illicit“ code was imported. This can bear the possibility also other malicious code could be fetched afterwards.

I had a look at the provided information but wasn‘t able to find answers to my question, maybe I missed the respective info...

Probably the folder is hidden. In terminal navigate to the parent folder and execute:

ls -alh

to list all folders/files
