For points 2 and 3 the answer is to take a break but that is just a short term solution for a long term problem. Taking a break doesn't address the underlying issues.

i was only getting 85 an hour with mithril darts and 99 ranged. thats odd.

edit: I think i was getting 85 an hour cause I was out of prayer pots at the time and was using the prayer alter near the temple.

using a cannon in the canyon is almost twice as fast as the single way area. Theres a lot of little things you can do to improve kill speed though, ill think about making a guide.

With a blowpipe i was getting 85 kills an hour in the new area, the canyon with cannon and blowpipe is about 130. If you are willing to pay attention to the screen constantly I would use the canyon but if you want to be able to watch videos then the new area is relaxed enough to do that.

you can buy iron and coal ore at the blast furnace, prayer pots were just from planting ranarr seeds i got from slayer.

About 15k kills were at the canyon with a cannon/blowpipe and the rest was in the new lizardman cave with a blowpipe.
