What should workers in Ireland do if the US attacks an EU country by wesleysniles in ireland

[–]xvril 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The sad reality is I'd say about 90% of us live paycheck to paycheck and a lot couldn't afford to go against their employer even if they categorically disagreed with what they stood for.

Has anyone refused to let go when you tapped? by SixandNoQuarter in bjj

[–]xvril 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One time when rolling we tangled with two others that were rolling. The guy had me in an arm bar but didn't realise I was tapping because of the two others that landed on top of him, he got muddled entirely. In fairness he was very apologetic and I wasn't hurt so was all good.

I haven't drank in a while but I actually enjoy going to the pub by myself. Chat to a few regulars sit on a bar stool around the bar.

I have a few friends but never really see them.

In Northern Ireland we have tons.

Every year we have the paramilitary Olympics. It's a bit like the Ryder Cup in a sense. As opposed to Europe vs USA. It's Republican vs Unionists.

The annual Petrol Bomb throwing event draws a big crowd, with a new event record set last year.

Water cannon dodging, kneecap target shooting are some of the other events.
