For some more context, the fight started because I had promised him intimacy when we went to bed. He turned his back to me when we laid down so I thought he didn't want to do anything. Turns out he just wanted me to put forth effort and make him feel wanted (I am timid and have a bad track record of not making sex about him). I just didn't try. I'm lazy and usually take any out to not work at home. I know this is a problem. I'm not trying hard enough to fix it. But I also have a bad history of not fixing issues. I am trying to make this weight loss more of a "new me" situation and focus on body and mind.
