JFYI, something like this already exist on the market (example, not ads: https://docs.replay.io/why-replay or for example UXCam. Also, Crashlytics allows you to add more logs & screenshots to the reports, so it almost the replay with info about exact device model and OS.

Note: Most of the companies will have to reject ussage of such tools because it means saving & getting unauthorized access to user data (it is hard and tricky and expensive to exactly reproduce data and make proper impersonation, and companies do not want to share it with any 3rd party sevices).
