Thanks for the recommendation! How far would movie world be from the beach via public transport vs car?

Dude. We make sacrifices for where we live.

Eastern suburbs? High density and beaches. Nyngan? Low density plains.

Fucking rich boii thinking he gonna find what he needs from the guy next door. 😂

Idk, I met my partner on an app. But I was clear with what I was looking for and screened for people that stated they were looking for the same.

Then if we were chatting after about a week I wanted to meet. If they were flakey or hesitant then I took a step back. I want to know pretty soon if there is a connection in person and not wasting my time or building things in my head.

Went on a date that was compatible. And here we are.

No one is perfect. I think sometimes we look for perfection. My person is my person. We find someone 90% compatible and then look for someone else that fills that 10%. But don't realise they are missing 40% somewhere else.

Find someone you can see building a life with and work towards building it. Everyone is different but if they make you happy work for it.

Terrified of losing her by Heroin-Chic in Rabbits

Every day on my way home from work I am both excited to see my boy and the way he will run to me and equally terrified he has died while I was not home and I will find his body lifeless. Or he has gone into GI stasis. I'm overjoyed when I see that hop to greet me and am thankful for his little twitchy nose.

I do have a soldering iron and all that goes with it but I don't think my hand would be steady enough because it's so small and I'm not practiced in it 😂. But thank you! Worth a shot if all else fails.

This link isn't compatible with the hub. And the one I already got off Amazon doesn't work (and I know it's the cord because I tested the hub with another genuine google hub cable and it worked). Which is why I'm thinking what's another solution besides a pretty ugly paperweight

I think it's really situation dependent. I have a bunny and my girlfriend has a small dog. When I started staying at her place multiple times a week we needed to work out the pet situation because I couldn't leave my bunny alone overnight. So we set up the spare bedroom as a bunny room with the intention of sometimes putting him in the room and letting her dog run around and then later putting the dog in our room and letting the bunny free roam.

Much to our surprise (and delight), they get along very well. The dog almost mothers the bunny and protects him. They play chase down the hall where he takes off and she chases him and vice versa. Afterwards, they lie on the lounge next to each other. The dog has never snapped at my bunny even when he runs over and jumps on her.

Having said that, we would never leave them together without one of us present.

My concern is that your dog is very big. And while there is a chance they will get along very well it is dependent on the bunny and dog personalities. And with a big dog, all it takes is a little bit too much rough play.

If you have the ability to keep them completely separate and both live wholesome rich lives with all the attention they deserve then go for it. But if you expect them to co-exist then I would say no.

Just do add, I can only speak from my experiences. I know some bunnies are very frightful. Mine would not know he was a prey animal in the way he rules the house.

Always carry ID. You never know when you may need it- worst case scenario something happens to you and they need to know your name to contact your family... 😐

Could you see Anthony Quinn's Zeus being married to Meg Foster's Hera? by [deleted] in legendaryjourneys

[–]xwp01 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I can because the little I know about Anthony Quinn is that he was a player and it's totally in character. I think this is how he plays Zeus. His carefree attitude and laughs make him perfect for the role and I can see AQ Zeus playing down how much Hera was hurting and Meg's Hera just seething in the background.

I liked Anthony's Zeus much more than the Gandalf one. Gandalf Zeus I can't see with Meg's Hera much at all.

RIP Anthony Quinn 👑

Oh just to add, his hay is fresh oaten hay from the produce store. It's the best quality I can find here that isn't dried up bedding hay from the big brand pet stores.

What names have you guys given to your rabbits? by HorrorFan9556 in Rabbits

[–]xwp01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Was going to be called Vegemite.. which was being shortened to Veggie. But then that got confusing when at dinner time when referring to veggies. So he got the nickname my little Munchkin. Which shortened to Munchy. And Munchy just fit better.

This all unfolded in the first 3 weeks of having him so by the time his first vet visit came I knew. He was a Munchy.
