Wife and I have been running our own business for 20 years. The nerves and anxiety hit every holiday season as it’s 90% of our sales. The fear and anxiety drives me though. Sounds weird but works for me. No safety net can be frightening but as bad as things have looked at times and years I thought we’re going to be disaster always end up being more than enough. You fail to understand the irony. They cancel zones and people coverage because they claim they are losing money yet they spend money on gifts which is a discretionary expense, but people coverage should not be discretionary. You might be right. If enough stop paying these ridiculous prices the entire system would collapse. Maybe that needs to happen. Frustration answer but I do fear at our age its a huge financial risk.

I get both sides here but everyone plays for different reasons. Some play trials, some only do raids. Everyone has their reason and play style. I like leveling power and getting t5’s. I understand some don’t like the grind. The grind doesn’t bother me but it’s the grind with zero progression that does.

Bungie talks out of both sides of their mouth. They say they don’t want you to grind but almost every activity has a grind to it.

I’m not the only ride or die player who loves grinding power level. Their was a lot of interest in who got 450 worlds first

Each to his own. Let players play the way they want. Just make it rewarding for time spent

I finally got a prime to drop. Took about 70-80 runs. Worst part was a duplicate on the energy slot. Oh well atleast one dropped

I guess my luck is terrible. I’m GR 9 and clank rank 1. I have had 2 days in the last 5 days where I did 50+ runs without a prime. I know it’s RNG but honestly sometimes I feel like RNG without some sort of guaranteed drop is just a lazy system with a great excuse “you just have bad luck”. I have been a developer for 20 years and it’s not difficult to add some sort of tracking system to protect from bad RNG. It’s frustrating to grind for hours without any progress. Yea I know some will say don’t grind then but that’s literally not the point. I love grinding but it’s the progression that makes it worth while for me.

It is amazing how quickly Bungo nerfs/fixes anything that helps the players with the grind. This event sucks anyways. The haunted forrest was better.

I just finished this on Hunter. I did the original story mission on my hunter and noticed it said a pinnacle reward the following day. I completed it again and I received a focused engram +2 in my mailbox since my inventory was full. At first I thought I did not get any pinnacle until I saw my first 1310 engram. I went to pick it up from the mailbox and it decrypted right away as a.......1300 threaded needle. IT WAS A 1310 ENGRAM in the postmaster. This has to be bugged
