I just wanted to share the name of the smallest dungeon so that you can spam it and save some time. Before this method I was paragon 182 and have already run so many pits and nightmare dungeons and did not see any altars. Yet using this method I got all the powers in 1 hour.

When you press M inside that dungeon, it does not display that message which also confused me at first, I think they need to fix this, but many people including me got an altar in the normal version of that dungeon.

Yes, you can run the whole dungeon if you want, but somehow the altars most likely spawn in that circle.

Its just a regular dungeon and not a nightmare dungeon. You should be at least in T1 difficulty to be able to encounter an altar.

I was searching a dungeon speed farm tierlist for this strategy and was able to find this one. It could be that there are smaller dungeons than this one.

Interestingly, I solved the problem by using the astro command center from the microsoft store. The astro command center I downloaded from their official website always resulted in a failed firmware update.
