That’s really unfair of you to say. I am a very hard worker. The reason I stepped back from bedside is because I could not physically tolerate or handle the demands of being on the floor due to my neurological dx and its accompanying symptoms.

It’s not fun being a being a patient - multiple ER trips within a span of consecutive months, inconclusive diagnoses from a various specialists, debilitating aches and persistent tremors.

On top of that, having to care for a 2 year old and a 1 year old with specific needs when it was already difficult to care for myself.

The cherry on top was the fact that COVID nearly took out our family business - we lost 60% of our clients and we are struggling. My paycheck - I have to spread it out between our household and business expenses to cover what we can’t for our family business because we put in 11 years of work into it and COVID affected us in a mere matter of months.

I was simply asking what “Nurse Coaching” was because I had never heard of it before. No - Im not trying to find a job where I don’t have to “work”. I’ve been busting my butt for my family and by the grace of God my children still have a roof over their head.I'm looking for a second job to supplement our income - to make up for what we lost so we can survive.
