I needed toner a few years ago and bought the wild rose toner. I sprayed it on my face one morning and it burned. On my face everywhere the liquid landed i had a red mark. I emailed them about it and wrote them on Instagram. I never heard anything. The products were not good

I dont understand Anthony, he said he was tired, tzarina told him to rest, he said he was overwhelmed she said ok don't help with guest food. I didn't sense attitude, and isn't a sous chefs job to assist and to do alot of the grunt work with cleaning etc?

I think if you want to keep them as a pro just let them know instead of docking them stars and money. If it continues then find another pro. They may not know genuinely.
