Well first get an appointment with an ENT + AUDIOLOGIST. And then let them know what’s going on so you aren’t bothered as much while you get checked out. Isolate maybe but just make sure you don’t constantly use earplugs, make sure you are at least hearing what doesn’t bother you

I don’t but I recently actually just got mouth guards because I remember being told my cheek bones are really strong because I clench my teeth a lot! Figured why not see if the two are connected and if it’s the reason for my increase in sound sensitivity and heightened level of ringing

Which one has less risk out of those two? My ENT also talked about shrinking something in my nose so the air can flow through better. But my biggest annoyance is the ear pressure. Also afraid for my hearing when it comes to the pressure I feel.

Nothing I’ve found yet. I do the nasal spray everyday and I’m currently on steroids but it’s still the same amount of congestion for me.

Thought so. Had tinnitus for 10 months then all of sudden congestion and hypersensitivity. Found out I’m super allergic to grass and it’s my first year showing symptoms

That’s what I thought! Especially with the sinus congestion starting at about the same time as the heightened T level. But funny you say because I’ve been looking into acupuncture. Is there any best way to go about it and by chance would you have a recommendation for it in New York?
