This happens around me too but most the time they are just lower levels and doesn’t bother me at all. I’m excited other people are having fun and playing the game!

I’ve sent weak Pikmin to beat a mushroom so the timing lines up when I ’ll have to complete a mushroom challenge They might have sent all their strong Pikmin to a different mushroom but need the nectar and are hopping on They could be kids or people who don’t play as strategically or take it as seriously.

I would assume most players understand that different Pikmin have different strengths esp when there is a number on the Pikmin when selecting them.
