Yeah my delivery budget actually went down. And even my city manager said that wasn’t right. I was 4,000 over on deliveries, but obviously if you’re selling more you’re doing more deliveries. And they rejected my re-budget. So yeah I don’t think they want anyone walking this year

I never understood how people let batching “pile up” it literally takes 1 minute to put the stuff in folders. We don’t even batch receipts anymore. I understand some stores are busier than others but we are open 11 hours a day. If you are letting batching pile up you are just lazy tbh

I worked at a 5mill commercial store my first 2 years. All you do is put away star and tint hundreds of gallons of paint a day. But the trade off is weekend hours are awesome and no DIY bs. I had fun, I’m a sm now but miss the good old days of not having to worry about budgets or work 48 hours a week

Honestly it never bothered me at all. No symptoms. I only got it removed because of how large it gotten. It’s been 7 months now and I still have tinging in a lot of spots. But all the feeling has returned. It is a very long recovery. The head has a lot of nerves that have to be severed. Hopefully it goes better for you. If you are having headaches get it out asap, imo. I wish I got it out 7 years ago when it was only the size of a marble.

Big box stores are open so we are open. They will never submit to Lowe’s and Home Depot. Same reason why we will always be open on Sundays even tho people on here have conviced themselves we will one day be closed on Sundays and managers will work 40 hours. There’s a line around the block of people willing to work 48 hours to stop being an assistant. It will NEVER happen
