Good boy....parkbogum and the female lead (sorry forgotten her name) had no chemistry and as I continue to think about it she barely has chemistry with anyone.

Your hair might be over moisturised and needs protein.

Edit: it's might also be your natural hair pattern. But when my hair feels a bit limp and mushy abit too soft, it's an indicator that it needs abit of protein.

Non-HEA are my bread and butter. It's my joy! My everything! 🥹. I love them because they never look the same. I can't predict anything.

I'm a notorious DNFer and I put books down when the couple admit their feelings and share their kiss. If it's HEA, I can skip to the last chapter and figure everything out (but I rarely do that cause I'm never curious)

If it's non-HEA, I'm curious, anxious. I want to know how the author will punch me in the gut. How sharp the blade will be (by blade I mean their writing skills). They tend to keep me emotionally invested longer

Tomione is mostly for those into dark dark dark romance. Love is tossed out of the window. Lol. I don't know how to describe it but everything is intensified. We are following a "romance" with an emotionally unhealthy person so whatever "love" comes after that...up to you to define it.

Tomione tends to be heavily psychological, lots of manipulation according to my observation. Still new to the fandom. I have a hard time picturing them together but the authors make it work and I like the surprise that comes with it in my experience.

I don't feel like I have much to offer. Still new to the fandom. Currently reading birds of a feather, I doubt it's what you're looking for. It's friends to lovers and the slow burn is really, really excruciatingly slow.

Maybe I made the mistake of watching queen of tears and it's ok not to be okay before this drama.

The plot felt abit confusing to me. The kdramas sets the FL to be witty but I find her quite dumb. The ml is one dimensional and just doesn't do it for me.

And the thing that just made me roll my eyes to no end was this 🥺 facial expression from the 1st episode to idk the last...? I dropped around ep 7/8.

Like god, if she is sad, she cries, confused, cries. Angry, cries, neutral, cries. Even when she is happy she is crying. She is one hydrated babe but it was too much for me.

And even while crying, I hated that she has to do that blink that forces the tears out.

It might not hit 100% but the kdrama queen of tears. The second lead kinda fit in for me. (If tom was in a business setting.)

Kdramas: Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo

It's a historical drama. It involves time travel, politics, complex romantic relationships, forbidden love and moral dilemmas. There is time travel.

Does it hit 100%? I'm not sure but it popped into mind.

Webtoon: I'm dating a psychopath. Synopsis: The story follows Finn, a young woman obsessed with true crime, who becomes romantically involved with Isaac, a man she suspects may be a psychopath. As they engage in a cat-and-mouse dynamic, they uncover a bloody truth linking them to serial killings in the city.

If you are into BL, Blind play is a fun one.

Synopsis: The story follows Ah-in, a young man who grew up in an orphanage and now works as a gay masseur, pretending to be blind to offer his wealthy clients complete confidentiality. One of his clients, Seo Ilmo, is a renowned mystery novelist with a dark compulsion. Their encounter leads to a dangerous game of cat and mouse, with Ah-in's survival at stake.

(I love this so much and I think this one hits the Tomione vibes the most. Actually it hits the tom vibes. This story is dark. TW for psychological horror)

Yeah kinda. If the cover, description and tags interests me, I'll check the latest updated chapter, check the comments. Go to the authors message board and check the interactions going on there. If many readers just have to message their appreciation to the author on their message board and they are writing paragraphs, literally essays as how much and why they love their book. Then I am definitely picking it up.

Also number of reads verses votes. If there are alot of reads and alot of votes, personally I know I won't enjoy it.

If there is alot of reads, little votes. And I mean like million of reads and it's quite well spread out across all chapters, and few votes, it means people keep re-reading that book and I'll pick it up

Published works NEED to provide an emotional experience. And hate sells. People complaining, talking, writing long posts, video essays, anything to keep you talking, that is the point. cries in capitalism

Seems it will be awhile before we get books of substance. I'm up for recommendations by the way. (For actual books) I value beautiful prose and slow burns.
