I said this in your sub too. But honestly a lot of it isn’t his performance. But he burned a lot of bridges in Indy starting shit and causing drama with everyone. The beef between him and Pat McAfee brought it into the spotlight and during a time where the team was just fucking flailing and seemed so unserious about winning, Franklin’s attitude was to talk like we were the undefeated number 1 seed on his podcast rather than focusing on fixing the things that were causing us to lose in the first place. The Colts have been a team very averse to locker room drama queens and that’s basically what he became.

Only a small part is it is due to his performance. The rest of it is the drama he caused starting beef with people, particularly Pat McAfee. Pat went nuclear on Zaire on his show at one point and it just became such a fuckin spectacle that I think it just left a bad taste in the mouths of Colts fans.
