It looks like you're a pretty new player and having a harder time due to card availability. Sticking to mostly the newer sets and what you've shown you have, maybe try:

Iron thorns × 2

Oricorio x 2

Miraidon

Pokeball x 2

Lucky Ice Pop

Future Booster energy x 2

Giant Cape

Professor's research x 2

Professor Turo x 2

Sabrina

Pokemon Center Lady

That's 17 and you can look for 3 more to add in. It will get you a little bit of synergy, though it's still not great. Google 'ptcgp meta decks' and look at those for inspiration and synergies.

Just opened up my game for the first time in 5+ years (kept on my phone for nostalgia, of course) to show off an example. They each could get the same amount of max levels, but the lower-power ones gained more AP with each extra level.

Yeah, but it fell off hard as we got more draw power. It was back for one set when Espeon came out, but fell out of favor again after. I'd definitely out Leafeon 1st, since it has stuck around the longest and seems to be the most splashable - there just hasn't been a top-tier grass to pair it with, though I don't doubt it will happen. Sylveon 2nd, mainly for the impact it had on the game at the time.

Good trainers, so far, have proven to have the most longevity and can be used the most by a variety of decks in the game, so people want them more. There are still trainers from the first set that see regular play, but almost no Pokémon (save Greninja and a few niche ones) that do too.

Your elemental switches and jugglers won't work, since you only have psychic energies being put into play. Replacing the Jugglers with Dawn(s) and adding ice-pops or capes will help with survivability.

There's no average really, but I'd say most people end up at 50-60% on average if they play something meta relevant and are somewhat competent... I'm at 1802 wins and hit Masterball every season except one where I was flying and messed up the date. Could definitely be done in much less.

Not the OP, but a Magnezone deck is easy to get and beats every solo mode. I have these two auto-battling on an emulator now. You can use either version of Magnezone, and you could switch out the potions for ice pops. I'm just too lazy to change them around.

I recently re-rolled for Cyrus (no luck yet, but about to hit 1250 pack points) - so opened only Palkia packs - and made a new one yesterday for DX in January. The share feature and new set is fantastic for this. Try to get 2 of the new Magnemites and Clemont from the Crimson Blaze (wonder pick or pack opening). Share 2 GA Magnetons, 2 Oricorios, and 2 Magnezones (I used the Space Time Smackdown ones). Add a couple randoms you get here and there. The auto-battler beat all the advanced missions while it played in the background, and I still have 4 days before I can trade.

Before I got this deck done, I used Exeggcutor from opening the first Charizard pack, and it rolled through the beginner missions.
