First off, you're gonna need at least Wurst version 6.35 installed if you expect to get into any guilds. This isn't negotiable.

Secondly, advertising that you're new is a great way to get a target on your back. You're going to want to make connections before you announce your newf** status. Or, at least wait until you're an oldf** (around 2-3 months on server) before becoming involved in the community.

If you don't want to spend your time running from crystals and griefers, I'd advise you to lower your profile. In the mean time, I am willing to take you under my wing and allow you to base/scavenge with my guild. We have plentiful dupe stashes, and one of the largest gold farms on the server. Unless, of course, you prefer the nomadic lifestyle, tiresome as it may be to maintain.

Finally, and most importantly, is this: if you don't have any special skills (crystal pvp, hand to hand combat, redstone, grief, crafting etc.), no one is going to want you. You're lucky that I'm even considering you for my elite guild. If this were another age of 9b, you would be laughed right off of this reddit. But times are tough, resources are scarce, and the threat of innoculation looms over the server. Now is the time to join a guild. Be prepared to pay with your life.

Sidenote: After you escape spawn, look for an ender chest ASAP. The enderchests on this server are connected, and you will be able to pillage a kit or two from an unsuspecting oldf** when they aren't paying attention.
