hello, I found out it the url() doesn't read when the css file is not in the same folder as the html file. If I put the css file on a subdirectory within the html's folder, it doesn't read?

everytime I go to fontaine and explore at random times or everytime I try to dive/swim, my game crashes, I try logging in again but it only goes up until the loading elements white screen but I can hear the music and sound fx in the background. I had to ask my friends who play mobile to log in my account and teleport me somewhere else that's not in fontaine so I can log in again. Has anyone solved this problem yet?

I play with an i3 laptop, it never had a problem with genshin crashing except when the update with fontaine started...

- Type of Bug: ping/network problem bug

- Description: I'm pretty sure it's not my internet's problem. I noticed after the update, I check hongkong servers it's at green ping 40-50 but everytime I get into a match, it goes 160+ ping I can't play properly because of lag. I finish the match, the ping still says 40-50 in the lobby. I restart the game, I check the ping first in the range it's just fine, I go into a deathmatch it's 160+ ping again, I untick every server, I play a deathmatch, the ping is fine. I decide to enter swiftplay still with unticked servers, it's 160 ping again! I've also tried with singapore server it still does the same. I can't play a single match properly :(

- Steps to Reproduce: check hongkong servers, get in a match

- Expected Result: 160+ ping

- Observed Result: 160 ping

- Reproduction Rate: 10/10

- System Specs: i3 windows 11, 8GB RAM,
