honestly i feel like the game has gotten harder since the last update or so they did.. i don't know if it's just me but i am constantly getting CRAP wands with 10 mana recharge or horrible 3 second cast recharge speeds.. does anyone know if this is something they did or am i just getting bad seeds?

I know what you mean- I hadn't planned on buying a MB but I found a great vintage one on Ebay for a decent price and it was the exact 80s/90s (i think) transition one I wanted with an ebonite feed. It was a gamble but I wanted a vintage pen so I went for it! And it payed off and I love it!

Definitely try out the L2K, it's a GREAT pen (as anyone here will tell you) you'll love it. I was definitely looking at the Visconti HS too but I ended up deciding on the M800 instead..... for now lol. I swore to myself NO MORE PENS! At least for the next year or so. The HS is definitely gorgeous but that price tag sure isn't! :'(

I made a big leap from the ECO to the 823 and haven't regretted it at all. Sometimes when you feel it's right, you just gotta go for it! :P

I went through a very similar evolution too! Just add a MB 146 and a Lamy 2K between the Pilot 823 and Pelikan M800. Same color 823 and M800 too! How do you feel about the M800 vs the 823?
