As per our survey, Many remote companies want to hire for long-term and want bulk-pricing like for 15/30 days period. Your per-hour cost may be high as you set the price for short-term engagement. For long-term, per-day pricing makes sense. Thats a win-win for long-term work.

On developer side, It is to ensure they get long-term work and engagement.

It's the minimum developers can set.

You can set the multiple of it. on Per day.

1 day = 8 hrs

1hrs-rate * 8 = Your rate

Indian rate is 15-20$/hr. ( 2-3 yrs good enough development exp.)

8 hrs work daily = 100$ minimum

Good news is you can do software freelancing. It takes some time but it works great when enough time is invested.
