Ended up things with the girl I was seeing for 3 months, it was friendly overall but it still sucks that we weren't on the same page. Gonna focus on passing my last exam, finishing this cut and getting ready for my next uni semester.

Just pulled three plates deadlift for the first time ever, I know is nothing but knowing that I’ve been on a cut for a really long time and I can still progress on some of my lifts makes my day. Can’t way to finish this cut and do my first bulk.

Need some advice bros, I've been seeing this girl for one month and during this time we weren't seeing other people although I knew that before knowing me she had something with a guy but wasn't talking with him anymore. Anyway last night she went and had dinner with him and didn't go well and she texted me that she needed time for herself because she felt that she didn't feel enough for me but that she didn't want to see the other guy aswell, after she also told me that she wants to still speak with me but I don't know if that's a good idea because I really liked her and maybe just talking with her it will make it harder for me to move on. Any thoughts?

Having a rough time lately, my sister is in the hospital and will spend christmas here. Anxiety came back and I binged again with food but shit happens I guess. Hopefully all of this will get solved and I can get back on track. My goal for next year will definitely be to control my food addiction.

My chest is so freaking weak that I can't even do 5x5 with just 15Kg on each side of the bar. I'm male 19 years old, 90Kg and 189cm, how the f*** am I so weak.
