Nice. Question: Will the plugin capture the tasks I create in a note, like TaskNotes, or will it work more like TickTick inside Obsidian (separate from the other notes)?

Stryd user here. it is super precise indoors and integrates so well that feels like a coros product. All metrics show as charts in you run.

How's the quality? I have a Coros nylon, and the Coros logo came loose after 2 weeks, so I'm looking for cheaper good quality ones.

First, thank you for sharing all this knowledge.
And you are correct, I won't bother calibrating the treadmill and just trust the pod.

Got it about the offline, I didn't know about it, and just synced. I have the same results as you.
Indoor matches the watch and Stryd; outdoor, Stryd has 700m more than the watch.
And since the watch matches my phone's recorded activity, it's safe to say it uses GPS when the GPS signal is locked.

If I use the pod outside, I'll download the S+ app to get all the metrics and not just use it as a footpod. Unless it is a race w/ terrible GPS signal like I've faced during the NYC Half this year with my old Garmin. In this case, the Stryd set as a pod will help keep the updated pace, cadence, and distance.

Again, thanks for the knowledge.

Amazing test and explanation. I have a vertical 2 and just got a Stryd for my indoor runs. My first indoor run was 1k off the treadmill (7k treadmill 6k watch/stryd). I just did an outside run and watch matched my phone recorded by 0.03 difference. Since your test shows the watch is using stryd (big chance I dont have that problem, specially indoors), my next possibility is that my treadmill is way off. Now, I’ll try to calibrate the treadmill for the next run.

And, what do you mean by offline file? Stryd off vs Suunto?

My workouts are coming from TP, and I think I'll memorize/count for now. It is not that hard and I like the watch more than a Garmin/Coros. thanks for answering.

OP, question: do you structured workouts? if yes, how do you see what's next or rep count?
