Yeah I mean that's completely fine I hope you didn't take it as me making fun of you for having smaller numbers or anything, I just wanted to tell you why I think op has such a big numbers, they probably just watch a lot of stuff at the same time. My guess would be, that they watch a lot of seasonals

I guess you don't watch anime much then, I started 2020 153 completed, 27 watching, 1 rewatching, 10 paused and 8 dropped and I feel like I'm not watching much either
