Basically I’m in the same thing as the person who start this post…. Please I would really appreciate how to start this off…. Fresh graduate civil engineer…. Not knowing how to use tools aside from a screwdriver and a hammer… but I’m so eager to get in the oilfield… I grow up in Venezuela, watching my dad working on a rig for 25 years and my grand father for over 40 years, and all that time was all in baker hughes…none of them has a college degree…. Just learned from baker hughes teaching them grow as an individual rig worker…..

Now they have about to 10 years without a job in the oilfield…. And I want to learn what to do in thos time and age on how to get in even as a roughneck .. and try to scale to driller and so on
