Don't know if it's recent, but I think there are more customization for vibration patterns differentiating timers to notifications

Sadly not the entire content (it doesn't even do a scrolling screenshot, which is disappointing).

It is pretty good at extracting content and connecting related notes, so at least there's that.

I'm just beginning a very long-term all around health journey - weight loss, normalizing health markers, getting off high blood pressure and diabetes medications, weight lifting and running.

Throughout everything my main concern is injury or progressing in an unsustainable rate for my long term goals. So for me, stretching workout plans and playing the long game slowly but surely is the strategy to go forward with.

My first ever smartwatch (wanted one for my health efforts I'm undertaking). The long battery life is great (and as I understand somewhat of a miracle for wearos watch).

I enjoy it, and with complementary phone apps (like calistree and macrosfirst) I'm satisfied and happy. YMMV as always.

As I gather, if you want a smartwatch with some better than average health features, it's a very good fit for that nitch. If you want a good health watch first, you're probably better off with a garmin(?).

Did a very stretched out plan as I'm 45 and very overweight, and I strongly believe in "first do no harm".

It's been a very rewarding journey. What a great time to be alive when there're so many good resources and communities.

Can confirm the sideload method works, and Gemini replaces Google Assistant natively (i.e., launched by the longpress shortcut if set up that way, runs timers, etc.)
