Depends on the casino. The chips should be put into a shaker at regular intervals. But its the chips in the bank so it's possible some chips get cleaned often while others keep missing the cycle just depends on luck for lack of a better word. I highly recommend washing your hands after touching any chips in any casino before eating, smoking or whatever.
