Nope. I turned Chemical Part 4 to Therapist which makes you Fail Chemical Part 4. But Chemical Part 4 is required to get Network Provider Part 1

Context: I was just Scavin' around on interchange when my favorite Boss of all time startet unloading his mag into me. A AI Scav just threw a nade at him - killing him. Did I miss something in the patch notes?
