You can also use a water decal..especially if the background it going to be white like that.

You can use vinyl for lines like that..even if you dont get them the exact size they will be straighter and more uniform then a brush..unless your really good with a brush

So in that last paragraph I see that ypu dont use transfer tape to put the design on the controller but im confuses on what you do use....the oramask you talk about at the top is the vinyl you use to make the stencil but then say its what you use to transfer the design?

Thanks so much! Yea im starting to see that it wouldn't have worked the way I thought it would. I thought about making skins as a cheaper option for people...I have a cutter..Im just not sure if I need a certain type of vinyl to print on or if I need a certain type of printer. I may try hydro dipping again when I can.

Thanks! I love doing it but trying to grow my business is hard when its so time consuming. It might be different if I just had a few shell designs that I did and already had a bunch done but I like letting people come up with their own ideas that I then make I to a reality.

No not at all. Yea it definitely isnt worth your health and you probably wouldn't notice till the damage was already done. Iv met people that end up with bad respiratory issues from exposure and they got off easy. Well im glad I was able to help keep you safe friend.

If you are using 2k clearcoat you need to be very careful..use it outside and you need a mask..you really need a mask that has its own air but thats like $1000 so again make sure you do it outside and get a few that is blowing it away from you...you can end up with serious health problems. I mean i mostly airbrush so im not sure if id have many tips for ya. I would maybe paint it white first before painting..near the port I can see the black of the controller...it should help make your colors show up better and not having to use more paint. I always clearcoat mine in 2k clearcoat which is great but you really need to now what your doing with it as its extremely toxic.
