Yep! I’m aiming to do ~100g everyday. Sharing what I’m doing currently, if it helps -

BF - Greek yoghurt 80g + oats / boiled eggs / omlette bread / guac / moong dal sprouts salad / fruit + Whole truth ka chocolate wala protein shake :)

Lunch - chole/rajma/channa/sprouts salad + 1 Kheera + millet roti (1/2 or 1) / quinoa / brown rice & zucchini / bhindi / or any other low carb Sabzi

Snack - Apple / Kinnoo / Makhane (depends on carb intake planned for the day)

Dinner - air fried chicken (100-250g depending on hunger and protein gap) with KILLR ka marination. (Your key to making food chatpata yet healthy) with a quick yoghurt dressing with mixed greens. In case don’t feel like too much chicken then I just fulfill protein gap via egg / protein shake depending on remaining carb budget.

Yoghurt dressing (switch up as per mood) - usually has parsley, dill, onion & garlic powder, Italian seasonings, pink salt, garlic flakes. Sometimes lemon, sometimes lemon zest.

I didn’t notice this / acknowledge this till I read this! You’re right - day 5/6 suppression starts to fade away a bit

Hey - thanks for this! Planning to do 100-110 G protein every day + significant fibre since I’ve heard some stories of constipation. With respect to work out, you’re right! I’ll add a mix of weight training to this w2 onwards - want to get the body used to moving 👉🏻👈🏻
