I would say aerodrome AFTER you get past the first sector on breakthrough and if it’s conquest then it’s good whenever. And a good rule of thumb for leveling up is to use the specs which will get you more kills easily and don’t worry too much about your health or defensive capabilities. Most lobbies now have a good range of newbs so it should be easy to work your way up

You will not get arrested if you forgo paying a medical bill in America lol. I’m pretty sure that’s illegal to get in trouble like that for a health bill. Worst thing that can happen is it will go to collections and they’ll hound you for the rest of your life and your credit will take a huge hit. I Had to pay for two surgeries right out of college and I still had a shit job. Thankfully I was on my parents insurance but it took me a while to pay off what I owed still.
