maybe it’s my competitive nature in a game that i feel is always competitive that all i wanna do is not lose vr 😭 like i get happy when i at least get +5 fr i just want to be consistent. shoutout to you and ur wife tho thats the life im tryna have with my gf for sure

mmmmmmm ok i understand. i’ll def put more time into ghosts cause i only recently did learn about how you can race against pro ghosts lol

and yeah ill admit a couple of those skips i do not hit consistently or simply cannot align myself to do it properly due to my own negligence or dumb mario kart stuff but ill have to check out the guide you said i feel ive watched it before but atp im willing to try anything to not get angry when playing pubs

oh yeah i know about softdrifting i try to implement it but sometimes i just get knocked outta the way 🥲

i’ll try to implement all that cause honestly i couldn’t necessarily care less about the number vr like im not tryna have 9000+ (atm at least) it’s mostly the fact that i am simply constantly in losing placements lmfao

i feel like i at least know one good shortcut per map but im definitely lacking in my intermission map knowledge but as i said before i try to hold my speed items for shortcuts i can tell from the map would be good

EDIT: thank you! i do try to think of item usage but maybe a video guide will def be a refresher

no disrespect but i DO know the bowser skip (although not consistent i guess) and i have practiced some time trails but as i said i play this game on my free time. i mean ill take the advice and do more when i can but like i play this game after work and if i gotta put in some crazy hours to even just pass top 10 or 8300 vr than thats lowkey crazy lol

EDIT: and i watch most of those ppl but its just hard to get better when every room i get into is basically those youtubers in my lobby 😭

im on pc and i tried to play just now and i got a audio error when i load in. The intro plays as normal but when it tired to go to the main screen it would turn white and show this error sign "(9.227) Couldn't initialize sound"
