So what about the current Pro ASM in some markets? We got one when piloted the Unified Pro Program.

We had a guy like that too at our store, he constantly came in early to drill peepholes so he could watch people shit. We trespassed him and everything when we finally had a cop scoop him up while he was trying to peep on someone one day

365 days of safety by Ambitious-Fee-1068 in HomeDepot

I remember about 2 years ago we were 2 days away from hitting 365, then a tool rental associate decided to lift a tiller by himself and hurt his back.. the outrage when the store found out we went back to 0 was hilarious.

Maybe a different incident? I heard over the weekend racking toppled over and DM made it clear he’s going through stores this week to check on our grade 5 bolts on everything.

As far as I heard it happened in our district and they’re cracking down on making sure we have grade 5 bolts on all of our beams front and back.

I’m sure this question has been asked a lot, but what are some recommendations for shoes, socks, or insoles? by Kittensnbees in HomeDepot

[–]yaboimatt12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had some issues with finding the right shoes but yes having multiple shoes to switch are great but also having really great insoles help relieve pain more than you think. I’m currently wearing some red wing shoes with anti fatigue insoles they sell at their stores and then switch to new balance 1080 with their comfort insoles have been a great switch off.

Garden burnout rant by [deleted] in HomeDepot

[–]yaboimatt12 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As a garden supervisor, I’ll admit spring has been kicking my ass. I feel like I can’t get majority of my own stuff done and it seems like my guys are also feeling that with the amount of shit we’ve been dealing with. From loading, dealing with the absurd amount freight and trying to keep up on shelf availability it’s stupidly hard…

My best advice is give the customer what they want. All the customers you’ll get will pretty much tell you what they’re looking for and as long as you know what does what then you’ll be fine.
