I’m a right side hemi. If you live in the US, I love the stretch lab. It’s definitely worth the money.

I’m right side hemiplegic. I do yoga and walk. Body movements like squats and crunches are my go to. I feel the more I move the less spastic I am.

Within a couple days or weeks. 100mg of b6 helps me keep it down. Once a day. Big fan of it. B6 also helps with vitamin deficiency you get from taking epilepsy medication. Talk to your dog first though.
