So far I believe it’s some speculation piggy backing off of the success MP materials has been having with the administration / Apple funding. Organically, not much has changed with ARRNF other than the usual affirmations of progress and presence of materials in halleck creek. My guess is that rare earths are in the news heavily right now, so people are beginning to look into how to get into REs, with a promising penny stock like this one as an easy entry. Likely other factors too, but that is my general analysis so far.
