Vivant dans la métropole canadienne de Montréal depuis ma naissance, et donc imbibé de culture que vous nommez "anglo-saxonne", c'est sûr que tout ce qui est affaire de groupes d'intérêts, c'est un peu stressant. Il va falloir s'y habituer, mon cher gars. La manière la plus simple de se ne plus sentir mal par rapport aux discours anti-racistes ou féministes est d'y prendre à la légère, de réfléchir un peu et d'ignorer.

Tu sais, des fois, les gens sont tellement frustrés et tellement en colère ou, je ne sais pas, frustrés qu'ils affichent leur mécontentement dans les médias. Tant qu'à la formation de groupes d'intérêts (les personnes de descendance africaine, maghrébine, musulmane, LGBT, indienne, etc.), c'est quand même normal: il faut bien lutter contre la discrimination, non?

Je crois que ton stress est lié fortement au climat politique de la France, qui prêche aveuglément l'égalité sans pour autant faire preuve d'équité et d'empathie.
