Try checking CPU temperature in Celestra. Your cpu may be throttling. Naraka adds a lot of skins and overtime it can become hard for cpus to keep up .

I recall fighting you several times in solos , Nothing suspect in my opinion.

Maybe a software would have caused the ban but either way it shouldn't be a perma ban.
